StartDiab

StartDiab is a smarter way to manage your blood glucose measurements and track your progress. The application allows you to record, track, analyze and share your diabetes information using your Apple or Android devices. Share your measurements with your doctor for a better diabetes management.

SmartDiab

Controlling diabetes ideally involves managing all the factors that impact blood glucose levels, including the carbohydrate you eat, and the amount of insulin you need for it, the exercise you have recently done and the exercise you are planning to do, and learning how your body responds to different circumstances. SmartDiab offers you an easy-to-use interface to track and analyze all important factors affecting your diabetes. It not only gives a more complete picture about your current health status but also:

  • contribute to a more effective treatment
  • provide motivation for lifestyle change
  • help to avoid critical situations
  • decrease the disease burden

MyHealthAvatar

MyHealthAvatar is an attempt at a proof of concept for the digital representation of patient health status. It is designed as a lifetime companion for individual citizens that will facilitate the collection of, and access to, long-term health-status information. It is funded by the European Commission as a high impact project within its seventh framework program (FP7).

The MyHealthAvatar platform (http://myhealthavatar.org/), co-managed by Larkbio, provides a core PHR and linked modules for specific user groups.
